The Orcas helped us out as always and 3 of us got to play with the Serbian team. My plan was that we stay back and use the extra weight to top the defense in front of the goal, but that wasn't happening much.

The average difference in number of goals scored during the first 4 days (group matches) was 11.94. The largest difference belongs to the match between Norway and Great Britain, 52:0. It means Norway almost scored twice every minute, ouch! The average difference of the last 4 days (placement matches) is 5.81. The 50% drop in the score differences meant a lot more exciting matches with levelled opponents. During these days 8 matches ended with sudden death and 2 with penalty shootouts. Wow!
There are clear differences between the nations based on the background and culture of the game and it can be observed in the style they play.
To sum it up, it is a common opinion that The Empire Strikes Back is the best episode of the SW-saga. There is very little literature on the topic of training UWR, most clubs build their training on the base of trial and error and try to learn the methods of other clubs. This training concept may be helpful for new clubs in developing their own training methods.
